The services were very good. the location was wonderful on top of a cliff. - the superior twin room was brand-new and included all the necessary facilities, a balcony, and coffee. - I loved having marvellous and absolutely superb breakfast with the most amazing views in Madeira.

Stayed in a new superior twin room with large beds, and enjoyed a marvelous and superb breakfast with plenty of food.

We loved everything! Our room was very comfortable, the view was gorgeous, the staff very nice. We took advantage of the many facilities available and had a lovely stay.

A bit isolated from other amenities. Located in cooler and damper part of the island than most destinations.

Beautitful Quinta, situated directly at the beautiful north coast with stunning views including sunrise. Friendly stuff. Everything very clean. Rooms beautifully and tastefully furnished. Very good breakfast including fresh fruit and fresh juices (homemade). Very good basis for hiking and exploring the north coast including the mountains (be sure to do a trip up to Pico Ruivo and Ponta Sao Lourence, it was spectacular!!!); also the restaurant is highly recommended and offers a high standard in food quality and a good wine list, it is not a typical hotel /buffet restaurant but a beautiful a la carte restaurant with a sea view terrace (wow!) and very good service that also attracts a lot of guests from outside the hotel (however, the restaurant is not cheap and we did not book halfboard but ate there a la carte for 2 nights). Free parking.

No outside pool (only indoors). Be sure to have a rental car if you stay there (and in the area in general).

Location on the North coast is actually great: quiet, fantastic sea views, still close to Funchal thanks to the "highway"
